Full Council: Agendas and Minutes

Full Council meetings at Swanmore Parish Council serve as the principal decision-making forum, where all elected Councillors convene to discuss and determine key issues affecting the parish. These meetings consider recommendations from the council’s committees and working groups, and they decide whether to approve, amend or reject these proposals, ensuring that community priorities and services are delivered effectively and in line with local needs.

 

Full Council also guides the council’s overall policies, approves major spending decisions and directs staff on implementing agreed actions. As a meeting of all councillors, it provides a formal and transparent setting for debating strategic matters and for residents to see how local decisions are reached.​​
